Disliked: The beds need to be upgraded they squeak and the pillows are too small. Also the toilet didn’t flush properly

Liked: Although the place is a bit dated, it is spotless.
Disliked: The fan in the bathroom was loud.

Pathetic

Liked: It’s the most run down best western I’ve ever seen.
Disliked: Needs to be repainted, the fit and finish stick, the elevator was disgraceful and the staff was very very horrible you can tell they need a manager badly.

Liked: Good access to the main roads.Reasonable breakfast and friendly staff.The room was comfortable and had lots of useful equipment.
Disliked: Satisfactory hotel but in a slightly degraded condition. It should be noted that most buildings in these areas are like this.
