Liked: Room was clean and very roomy. Breakfast had a good variety to choose from. Staff was very cordial.

Liked: Room had been recently renovated and had a nice look
Disliked: No hot water, shower knob broken, smoke detector had to be removed because batteries were low and kept beeping.

Felt very unsafe

Liked: The breakfast was good it’s just I didn’t like when the house keeping come in while your not there that’s not safe at all than when I got ready to check out I ask the young lady at the front desk for a receipt she tell me oh u book thru a 3rd party they will send u a receipt nothing I never heard of. I had to reach out to book and they had to reach out the the hotel in order for me too get a receipt. Noise all night like someone was working will not book again
Disliked: Them not invading my privacy

The rooms were overpriced but...

Liked: The location was convenient for where we were going. It was close to a few spots for us. The staff was incredibly helpful.
Disliked: Balconies were inconsistent. Ours didn’t even open despite reading there were balconies and had no furniture while some had furniture. The elevator was broken so we had to use a further one. Lots of people smoking weed so my kid smelled weed every time we got out of the only working elevator and I had to explain what it was.

Liked: The front desk people were excellent. Room was cleaned well and workers were pleasant to interact with
Disliked: I appreciate the upgrades going on at location and felt that experience will be even better upon completion.
