Disliked: The room smelled heavy with mold. The shower was dirty with hair and the drainage was poor. The toilet had a slow leak.

good but disappointing.

Liked: the high powered shower was brilliant.
Disliked: The breakfast was appalling. Highly processed and far from nutritious or delicious. Because of this, I would not stay there again.

As always, it was a...

Liked: One of the things I like most about Best Western, Lufkin TX is the friendliness of the staff. I’m always made to feel welcome. My late husband and I have used this hotel for twenty years and the location is perfect for me. Everything is clean and comfortable. And the breakfast is good too!
