Overall, a good place to...

Liked: Staff,clean,comfortable and pet friendly
Disliked: Hot tub not working. A big disappointment because it was one of the main reasons we chose to stay there. Plus the pancake machine wasn’t working for breakfast. I wanted to try it.

Very welcoming staff, particularly Craig.

Liked: Craig was the most welcoming and hospitable host we have ever met at a hotel. He made our stay most enjoyable.
Disliked: Bathroom floors could be cleaner. Cost is very high for that level hotel.

Clean,comfortable,relaxing and kind staff

Liked: The impressive gentleman at the front desk was so kind. Heated pool, Hot tub, pet friendly and breakfast. Overall clean, comfortable and welcoming.

Disappointed with stay

Liked: Breakfast and location
Disliked: Room, specifically the bathroom shower, lack of towel racks and hooks, low water pressure, very rude dark skinned black gentleman with glasses and salt and pepper hair at the front desk Saturday 14 September 2024 around 9AM

Liked: Clean room. Comfortable bed. Great staff
Disliked: Did not get room i reserved. It was given to someone else even though I made the reservation 2 plus weeks in advance. Was told by manager they would make it right at checkout but never happened.
