Good hotel in a convenient...

Liked: We stayed for only one night. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was as expected. Good location just off the interstate.

Overall the stay was very...

Liked: The location was very convenient and uncongested. There were a couple of restaurant choices close by. The check-in receptionist was very accommodating. Breakfast was good with a range of choices.
Disliked: The room 107 TV had no signal. Perhaps someone could have resolved the problem but we didn't request assistance. The mattress springs seemed pretty far gone on one of the beds.

Very disappointed for paying $300

Liked: The housekeeper was sweet when I ask for a towel, we had 4 people and were short .
Disliked: Beds were hard as a rock. Room smelled like smoke. Breakfast was terrible.

Nice, quiet and clean place.

Liked: It was the perfect location to visit the covered bridge festival towns.

Disappointing

Disliked: Good hotel except for one problem we had that was significant. Check in system was down/slow when we arrived and for some reason my credit card was declined. The clerk had no authority to accept cash so we said we would sort it out in the morning when there system was running properly. After arriving late we planned to sleep in but got woken up twice by telephone calls from front desk sorting out our payment. Too short a sleep when all we wanted was a good sleep.

Stay could have been better...

Liked: Evening desk clerk was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good with good selections.Room was clean and beds were comfortable.
Disliked: The TV in the room was not working and it had already been reported by previous guest but no one bothered to fix it before next guest (us) checked in. Therefore, the evening desk clerk had to come up and fix the problem.Very noisy, sounded like construction near our room. It was actually the automatic door which was just below our room, opening and shutting. Again, this was a known fact and we were still given RM 212. You don't want that room.

Disliked: The bed I slept in or tried to sleep in the mattress is bad. It was the one next to the bathroom. And their was no way to block out the window. The side curtains are just that. For looks. Do not extend all the window
