Relaxing and comforting

Liked: The rooms were super clean and comfy, I liked having a balcony. As well as it was in a great area.
Disliked: The vending machine took my money lol

My compliments to the Housekeeping...

Liked: The rooms were clean, comfortable, quiet. We were only staying for the night.
Disliked: 1) The front desk clerk was abrupt and rude. She refused to be engaged in conversation, although there was no-one else waiting and two other people on staff. I used to be a Front Desk manager and I attempted to pass on knowledge of how to reduce the stress of a full hotel, she told me in no uncertain terms that she was not interested.2) I booked on your website which states that there are microwaves in the room. We plan to enjoy popcorn while watching a movie. There was not one in the room. We were already in our PJ's and did not want to venture down to the lobby as there were a number of young adults staying in the hotel.
