Liked: Nice and clean. Comfortable bed. Great for 1 night as it is close to the highway so getting into the hotel and onto the freeway is easy but you can hear the freeway noise. Would stay again.

Nice little staycation

Liked: All of the staff was very friendly. Especially the housekeeping staff. Everyone we interacted with was very accomadating and nice. The tub was a little disappointing as I was expecting a big tub when it said "spa," but it was just a regular tub. The TV wouldn't change off of the sports channel, but we brought our roku, so it didn't matter to us. We were there just to get away from home and relax, and we were able to do that. The bed was big and comfortable. The heat/air worked well, and the blackout curtains were nice. There are a lot of food options around from a grocery store, to fast food, to fine dining. Overall, we had a nice stay. I do feel like it was a tad overpriced. However, that's on me for waiting until the week before to book the room. Would we stay there again, yes, but I'm booking earlier to hopefully get a bigger tub, lol.

Liked: It was close to where I needed to be and close to restaurants.
Disliked: The room smelled like dirty laundry, we had to pay $50 because we had our dog, people were loud all night long, the doors were very loud opening and closing. Best western reached out for my rating and didn’t bother addressing anything with me. I have stayed in over 30 hotels in two years and have given 2 negative reviews. For booking.com, if I search for a pet friendly property, please include the pet fee in the price. I would have never stayed at this hotel at this price.
