Superb

Basic but clean.

Liked: Basic but clean mid-range hotel in the centre of town (although Trail itself doesn't have a lot on offer). The gym is great.
Disliked: The lack of a few basics in the room such as a kettle (or ability to get a kettle) was a disappointment.

Good

Liked: We enjoyed the room. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in.
Disliked: The breakfast offered doesn't seem adequate. Maybe change the breakfast options

Nice hotel, comfortable beds

Liked: breakfast was fine but not included. Disappointed that the restaurant was closed on Monday (as were most others in the city)
Disliked: Restaurant open - once we parked the car - didn't want to move it again.
