Liked: Breakfast was very good, but there wasn't enough room for us to sit in the breakfast area because it was full, so we had to carry it back to our room.
Disliked: I did not like the shower. Because it was not enclosed, I thought it was cold! But it did warm up after a bit.

Liked: Good location , friendly and attetive staff. Great rain shower head in shower.
Disliked: Not a great mattress on the bed.

Liked: Very clean property with excellent location right next to the river. They had great free breakfast buffet daily!

Liked: The location was great on the Riverwalk. We could walk to many places in the area. My room looked out at the Riverwalk, and that was really nice. Peyton at the front desk, was friendly and made to stay very nice. Answered our questions and made sure we were comfortable and happy in our room.
Disliked: Breakfast room was absolutely ugly. The breakfast itself was not worth it. I would like to comment that the lady working at breakfast was hard-working.

Great Time! Will Stay Again!

Liked: Even though we had issues in the beginning, after receiving another room, everything went well! The staff were very friendly and were eager to assist in any way. The breakfast was good too. In addition, the view of the river was wonderful. We will definitely being use these accommodations the next time we visit Wilimington area.
Disliked: When we got there, we discovered that there were several issues with the room including the heat not working. The manager immediately got us another room on the same floor. (We had already unpacked.) Not only was he prompt in seeing that our needs were met, he comped the room for that particular night and the parking. Never had a hotel do that for us when issues arose. Great team of people run this hotel!!!

Overall good stay no issues...
