Okay but not a good...

Liked: The location of the hotel is wonderful. It smelled like bleach and I loved the no carpet.
Disliked: The hotel needs basic maintenance like touching up walls, cleaning walls, the bathroom door had scuff marks all over it, the grout looked dirty in the bathroom, there were scuff marks on the walls in the room. There needs to be a microwave in the room. Add a strip under the door. Half of the strip was missing and someone was smoking at our door. The cigarette smoke was drifting into our room!!!

I personally would not stay...

Liked: Location - and right near boardwalk. Dog friendly with a small grassy enclosed area for dogs.
Disliked: Room smelled like mold and the AC made it even worse. The floors were very dirty - I had white socks on, which turned brown after walking around the room for a couple of minutes. The beds were uncomfortable.

Convenient location, clean bed

Liked: Convenient location, the staff was very friendly. The view is beautiful
Disliked: The shower wasn’t clean, it had some else’s hair on the walls and safety bars. The floor turned the bottoms of my feet black after walking barefoot for 10 minutes. The sheets and bedding were clean and the bed as pretty comfortable but more of a double than a queen. The pillows were very flat

This is a B&B -...

Liked: Location on the river front. Ample parking. Large comfortable bed. Quiet.
Disliked: Not really a "Hotel" as there is no restaurant or bar. This is a business B&B. Breakfast very poor in a hopelessly undersized breakfast room with only about 5 tables. Room facilities very minimal. Total price and cost of parking too high for the B&B quality of facilities and basic room.We chose this hotel partly for location, partly for parking and partly for close proximity of Wilmington trolley bus. Regrettably it seems that the trolley bus is no longer running.

It was somewhere to sleep!

Liked: The breakfast food was hot and good. The bed was comfortable. We enjoyed walking around and exploring the area.
Disliked: My spouse and I was expecting better for the price. Upon entering the room, there was a stale and urine smell. Thank God we always travel with clorox wipes and disinfectant spray.

Liked: Loved the room ...staff very friendly as well.
Disliked: I did not think should have a parking fee of 15 dollars. Never heard of that charge before.
