Disliked: Breakfast was lacking and depleted when we went to eat at 9ish. Main items were either scarce or gone or hardened from setting too long on the warmer. When we returned to the room at 9:30 neither key worked, so my brother went to tell front desk. They gave him another key, but it didn’t work either. Called front desk and agent had to come with a good key.

Liked: I love the location and staff. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I have stayed there twice now, and I love the location and staff; however, it is noisy there. The doors have cracks, so you hear everyone going up and down the hallways. I did have to place a call to front desk this time because the neighbors were slamming doors for an hour, and I could not sleep over that. The staff was great and quickly took care of the situation.

Liked: The location was great and it had everything we needed but heat/air did not work even after maintenance came to fix it. TV also didn’t work the first night we stayed but maintenance was able to get that working.
