Central. Close to Vidéotron Center...

Liked: .friendly & accommodating staff
Disliked: Although no fault of the hotel, our vehicle did get broken into in their guest parking lot. They did wave the parking fee for the inconvenience. I know this can happen anywhere, however, the guest parking lot is on a very sketchy alley. Other than that, we have no complaints about the hotel or staff themselves

Enjoyed Quebec City. Hôtel was...

Liked: Great location, nice facilities, good sized room
Disliked: The parking lot was buried in 2 feet of ice and snow. We got stuck there twice. Considering parking cost $30/day, you’d think they could have run a snow blower or plow over it at some point. The pillows were not appropriate for a king sized bed.
