Besides check in it was...

Liked: The fact that when I checked in and no where on my online booking did it say I needed a major credit card to have the deposit down.

Liked: Restaurant was excellent
Disliked: The hotel couldn’t confirm that I was billed by booking.com, so the hotel billed me again. I had to go through a return process with booking.com that was a bit of a pain.

Ok but not up to...

Liked: Great accomodating staff and restaurant was very good
Disliked: Elevators were not working at checkin had to juggle room appointments. Pool & gym were not available diring my stay. No previous notice given.

Don't stay here

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: For $250 a night you would expect some basics like, not having giant clumps of hair in the private hot tub... or not having a window into the hallway pointing at the bed. Plus not telling guests you've closed the pool is deeply shady, since we only looked at hotels with a pool. We ended up having to leave we were so uncomfortable.

It was a pleasant stay...

Liked: I felt supported when I wanted to change my room due to heavy noise and for wanting to be closer to staff and facilities. Plus my daughter was sick so I wanted to have better access to main doors.
Disliked: I wish there was a continental breakfast, even if it were basic like fruit and yogurt and toast and coffee.
