Highly recommended! The hotel is just what you need when attending a concert. Friendly and helpful staff, walking distance to the venue, great location.

Liked: convenient location, friendly staff, clean rooms and building, breakfast has a lot of different options with yumy coffee

Great stay!

Liked: Easy to find, friendly staff, good breakfast, a little after hours food service, microwaves in rooms, good wifi
Disliked: Freezer of mini fridge wasn’t working at all and had melted.

We were quite happy.

Liked: The staff, the location.
Disliked: The towel bar wasn’t well fixed and kept falling off

Fabulous.

Liked: Weather outside was single digit into the low teens. The lounge across from the breakfast tables, and near the front desk had a gas fireplace that was warming visually and actually every time I entered and exited. I was at a meeting at the Spokane Convention center for five days.

Liked: It was clean, comfortable, no strong smelling odor killer. Staff was very helpful and pleasant.
