Disliked: The mold and dust around the headboards and tables WiFi was horrible and none of the channels on the tv worked even after following all the directions on the printed sheet

Disliked: tiles missing grout. toilet paper behind the toilet was weird

Disliked: We went to check in late at night and they sold our room. We had to book another property and the front desk associate offered no help nor was apologetic.

Liked: Location. Was good. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Room was awful! Toilet would not flush, television had to be turned on and off from back, bedding was not clean on the day we arrived, there was a dead bug in the bedding and breakfast was not great. Asked to be moved to a different room, was told yes by one manager but they ‘got sick and went home and didn’t inform the other manager” so move didn’t happen. Had a “disabled” room which did NOT accommodate my disabled mother. Overall not worth the money paid.

Liked: The area was quiet, the rooms were clean and easily accessible and the staff was friendly
Disliked: The only problem was with the air conditioner in our room. It worked on and off and the room became very warm.
