Liked: This is my first time bringing my kids to Chicago. I must confess, I loved it here. Parking was great and not crowded. There are tons of places to eat and also things to do. I’m actually about to lodge here with my kids again by end of the month

Liked: The woman at the desk when we checked in Friday was nice, and the room was comfortable and clean. Our room was wheelchair accessible and it was set up well for that. The woman working breakfast on Saturday morning was so nice and helpful. Breakfast food was good.
Disliked: I did not like that the room was a connecting room. I did not know it was going to be that. But truly i don't think it would have changed how paper thin the walls were. We heard everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, the people next door were saying or doing both days. We heard their alarms at 5:45am, and the multiple times they snoozed. Plus every drawer they opened and closed. Just as bad was how loud the doors would bang shut. It was loud enough to startle me awake late in the night. Bumpers or something would be great on the doors.
