Comfortable stay with many extras

Liked: Friendly efficient service; nice swimming pool and jacuzzi; good breakfast; comfortable room. We also appreciated the plugin for our EV.

Liked: Very nice staff who seemed to care about your comfort. Very good with the dog. Breakfast was o.k. good selection , not so sure about the cooked portion. Great to see the electric car chargers,maybe a couple more would be nice.
Disliked: Someone was parked in the electric car charger 2 days in a row and it was not an electric vehicle maybe check that out.

Our go-to place in Chemainus

Liked: Spent two days on a business trip and experienced Best Western Plus as an "upscale motel". The suite was roomy, clean, even had a corner balcony. The full breakfast buffet had daily varying offerings and real ceramic plates and_ real silverware. We were impressed by the friendly staff (reception, breakfast, and cleaning), especially by the very helpful lady at the reception who went the extra mile to create an EU-compliant tax invoice and helped with special requests.
