Clean and comfortable

Liked: Nice hot tub. Coffee machine makes great lattes. Sweetest lady ever was serving our breakfast. Room was big and clean.
Disliked: Lack of ventilation fans in the bathrooms

Disappointed by the lack of...

Liked: They accommodated my request for a ground floor. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
Disliked: Booking said Best Western had free cancellation, but the staff would not allow me to cancel my second day. Due to inclimate weather, I was forced to drive in a snowstorm. They did not have a banquet breakfast for you to choose amounts and items to eat.

Liked: Breakfast was delicious. Served with a smile. We came on bicycle and the manager was helpful in securing our bikes. Lovely decor throughout the hotel.

Good

Liked: Not too far from my Granddaughters wedding and it was easy to get to. The staff was friendly as was the cleaning staff
Disliked: Shows its age but ok. Walls a little thin.Toilets very low to floor.
