Clean and comfortable

Liked: Nice hot tub. Coffee machine makes great lattes. Sweetest lady ever was serving our breakfast. Room was big and clean.
Disliked: Lack of ventilation fans in the bathrooms

Disappointed by the lack of...

Liked: They accommodated my request for a ground floor. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
Disliked: Booking said Best Western had free cancellation, but the staff would not allow me to cancel my second day. Due to inclimate weather, I was forced to drive in a snowstorm. They did not have a banquet breakfast for you to choose amounts and items to eat.
