Liked: Incredibly helpful staff especially Giovanni. Breakfast is the best - plenty of healthy options and included in the room rate. 24 hour coffee availability is perfect for us night hawks Clean spacious rooms. Best value in Sylvan Lake for sure.
Disliked: A microwave in the breakfast lounge would be good

Liked: Pool was warm and facility was clean. Comfortable bedding. Liked that there were multiple lights with separate switches. Big window with lots of light.
Disliked: We checked in at 2 am, and checked out at 11am. A later check out offer would have been appreciated. Due to your arrive and lack of sleep we did miss the complimentary breakfast that ends at 9am. Since our arrival was noted on the file later times would have been nice.

Disliked: 1. Breakfast was only till 9 am compared to other hotels usually till 10 am. Breakfast place too small and food very limited. Didn’t eat breakfast both mornings.2. Pool too small 3. Paid for lake view but it’s blocked 90% by the building in front which felt scammed paying extra $20/ night for lake view 4. Your toiletries really small for family of 4.5. No coffee machine upon arrival. Had to get one from front desk. It was advertised coffee machine in room
