Would stay there again

Liked: Was very nice and cozy, quiet, cool, great breakfasts and easy access to freeway.
Disliked: Was a little further away than we thought from major restaurants. But fine

Liked: They checked us into a room that they knew the TV might not be working. I complained about the supervisor the next day and was advised it would be fixed that evening, which it was not. The TV was out our entire stay. When I went by the front desk to complain, they read off a list of rooms that were sounding our room and on the same floor that the TV were out.I stopped by the front desk and requested that our room be served and the trash to be thrown while we were out for the day. Came back to the room. No service and room was smelling day old food that I asked them to throw out. We came back too our room late and tired without service, with the room hot smelling.Called the front desk for a wash rag that never came to the room, we had to leave the room and find a housekeeper in the hallway, to get the item we requested.Stopped by the front desk for a duplicate key to our room so that I would not lock out my girlfriend as she was out doing shopping and was going up to the room to take a nap, but the front desk made a new key locked her out, even when I asked, I was told that it was a duplicate key, which it was not. I was woke up from my nap, and my girlfriend was upset 😡 Although the staff was apologetic, nothing was done to make our stay more enjoyable, as such a room change.

Overall very nice

Liked: Very clean and nice
Disliked: The dish tv was not working so we couldn’t watch television. There was no spa and the indoor pool was a bit cold.
