The A/C unit failed to...

Liked: The facilities were clean and the front desk clerk was friendly.
Disliked: As I have exprienced in various hotels in the past, the air conditioners will not properly cool the room. The A/C units have been manipulated so that the air will only blow a certain degree. Apparently this eliminates the A/C problems that may lead to repairs and saves the hotels on money spent on their electric bill thus making a bigger profit margin. I carry two thermometers when I travel so I can get an average temp from the A/C unit. This Best Western room always had a constant 73 degrees.
