Pleasant

Liked: We thought that the staff was very friendly, pleasant and helpful. The room had an in room safe , fridge, and microwave as well.
Disliked: We liked the size of the room but our biggest issue was the location of our room which was right next to the elevator. We heard the constant noise of the elevator going up and down all day and night. For the price we paid for the room, I expected it to be at least quiet other than from people coming and going down the halls. Honestly, we never heard anyone outside our room at all, just the constant noise from the elevator. That was our biggest issue outside of the confusing entrance and exit of the facility. Not to mention the danger that it has trying to enter or exit as someone else is at the same time. We almost had a head-on collision due to the one alley like entrance/exit at the stop lights. There are other exits. However, that is also a challenge due to traffic and trying to exit safely. Also, the hot tub was green and dirty looking, so we wouldn't use it. We wanted to and looked forward to it, but we weren't going to.

Liked: The staff was friendly and pleasant and very helpful.
Disliked: We definitely didn't like our room location. It was right next to the elevator, and all we heard during the day when in the room and through the night was the elevator going up and down. It was a loud clanging sound as you'd expect to hear from the elevator. We also didn't care for the entrance and exit to the hotel itself. It is very dangerous and confusing until you get the jist of the location. It's a very narrow driveway in between two buildings, almost like an alley. We came close to a head-on collision, trying to leave as another vehicle was trying to enter. Also the pool is not heated which is fine and the water was clear but too cold for our liking and the hot tub was green so we refused to use that. We would have had it been clean and clear. The beds were comfy, and the room was good size. I just wish they had thought about the location of the room next to the elevator. No one wants to be woke up at 5 a.m., especially when you pay a fair amount for the room. because the elevator is going up and down. The breakfast is what you would expect. Nothing fancy, but your options are ok and plenty to choose from.

Disliked: Location and restaurant in front of property. Also fishing boats and trucks took up a lot of parking spaces.

Liked: Room was big.
Disliked: Could only get luke warm water. Doesn't quite get it when you need a hit shower. At breakfast, the coffee looked and tasted like mud. Had to thin it down with 'hot' water and creamer.

Disliked: The change in the front desk staff is horrible. The past 2 times I have stayed the front desk service has been horrible. Housekeeping needs to do a better job cleaning the bathrooms
