Totally disappointed and would not...

Liked: The beds were comfortable.
Disliked: A very limited menu fish & chips well over cooked curled up on plate batter very hard and fish inside like cotton wool , scampi & chips did not fare any better tasteless need a new chef if I had not paid for the 2 nights I would gone somewhere else. Restaurant was cold and certainly not what I expect from Best Western.Staff on arrival off did not tell us the way to our room until my husband asked

Liked: Really friendly staff with clean, comfortable bed. Hot chocolate, biscuits in the room don’t always get these extras in other hotels. Just basic tea and coffee. Really good size TV too for relaxing in bed too
Disliked: Bathroom was a little dated but awesome bath and good shower.

Liked: Staff were excellent, bed was comfortable, plenty of tea and coffee in room and the parking was good.
Disliked: Soundproofing wasn't to good, the toilet was right up against the wall with a radiator stopping you from sitting properly and there wasn't a toilet brush. The staff did provide one the following day. Continental Breakfast was expensive for just a cereal and toast option and coffee from large flask was disgusting with Luke warm water from another flask for the tea. The main problem with both the bar and dining room was complete lack of atmosphere. The staff tried their best.

Would consider using the property...

Liked: Comfortable hotel close to working place.
Disliked: No hot water in shower in morning.

Disliked: bed was uncomfortable and the room was cold, could not get to sleep. I'm sure i might have been able to do something about the heat, but I could not have changed the bed,
