Good stay. The location was...

Liked: Although an older hotel it was clean. The breakfast was good and staff friendly. Comfortable bed.
Disliked: Older. Outdated. Our room smelled like a floral air freshener.

LACKLUSTER AT BEST

Liked: WE HAVE STAYED AT THIS LOCATION MANY TIMES, USUALLY FOR 7 DAYS AT A TIME. ITS CLOSE TO FAMILY LIVING IN THE AREA.
Disliked: THE FRONT DESK STAFF IS USUALLY MEDIOCRE AT BEST, BUT WHEN I CHECKED IN I REQUESTED THE TOP FLOOR, AND BETTE BASICALLY TOLD ME THAT WAS IMPOSSIBLE. THE ENTIRE WEEK WE WERE THERE THE PARKING LOT EMPTIED EVERY DAY, SO IM NOT SURE WHY A DIAMOND MEMBER STAYING 7 DAYS COULD NOT GET THE ROOM HE WANTED. THE WHOLE WEEK PEOPLE WERE CHECKING IN AND OUT IF THE ROOM I WANTED AND WE HAD TO LISTEN TO THEM STOMPING ON THE FLOOR ABOVE US. THE TRAFFIC NOISE ON THAT END OF THE BUILDING IS TERRIBLE. THEY DID NOT KEEP FRESH COFFEE IN THE LOBBY, I ASKED ONE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK WHI WAS DRESSED LIKE A HOMELESS PERSON TOLD ME THE LADY WOULD MAKE IT WHEN SHE CAME IN, WHILE SHE SAT AN D LOOKED AT HER PHONE AND I HAD NO COFFEE.
