Liked: I liked the size of the room and how clean it is. The beds were comfortable. The location of the hotel is great it is about 10-15 min away from Universal, and I love how there is a Dennys within walking distance of my room for breakfast.
Disliked: I didn't like the shower curtain in the bathroom it would either cling to you as you shower or it clings the the side of the tub where it will let the water spill out onto the floor. There were no parking spaces available near the side of the hotel I was staying at, so I always had to park far away on the other side of the hotel.

Liked: The staff from morning breakfast team to the nightly bar tender maids front desk are all extremely friendly and efficient at their service… the stay here has been wonderful with large rooms and the kitchen area a blessing for the week stay.

Plugged toilet

Liked: Nothing..
Disliked: Just arrived on my first day to my room and the toilet was plugged up. I called the front office and was told the maintenance guy will be here in an hour and if I didn't want to wait they have a plunger for me to do their job. Otherwise go to a public bathroom 200 ft away. I've never heard of a guest doing his own Plumbing. The following day I talked to the manager and I was fully reimbursed but I should have received a free night due to the stress and aggravation and the way I was treated.
