Disliked: The air conditioner/heating system was extremely noisy and rattled, keeping us up.

Liked: The staff was great but the cleanliness of the room was kind of subpar… Shower curtain was gross , dusty, garbage behind table And there was a bottle of booze left in the dresser drawer from the last patron

Liked: Not much - The bed was fairly comfortable.
Disliked: The room had wallpaper peeling off and exposed plywood in the ceiling. We asked for extra pillows and never got them. The shampoo and conditioners were previously used and not replaced. For a $200 a night stay this was pretty bad.

Disliked: That there isn't a restaurant on premises.

Perfect spot for SUNY families

Liked: Tristan was very helpful when one room key didn't work at first. Beds very comfortable, room super clean. Love the river views and the generous breakfasts. Walk to lots of good restaurants, and minutes from SUNY.
Disliked: Only 1/3 roll of toilet paper left in our room when we arrived. Tristan helped with that, too. It would have neen nice to be able to drop room keys downstairs by the back entrance, given the snow and need to park back there. I ended up bringing them home--sorry!
