Disliked: The room could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Not impressed with cleanliness.

Liked: Not much - The bed was fairly comfortable.
Disliked: The room had wallpaper peeling off and exposed plywood in the ceiling. We asked for extra pillows and never got them. The shampoo and conditioners were previously used and not replaced. For a $200 a night stay this was pretty bad.

Very nice.

Liked: The gym facility and pool area.
Disliked: That there isn't a restaurant on premises.

Perfect spot for SUNY families

Liked: Tristan was very helpful when one room key didn't work at first. Beds very comfortable, room super clean. Love the river views and the generous breakfasts. Walk to lots of good restaurants, and minutes from SUNY.
Disliked: Only 1/3 roll of toilet paper left in our room when we arrived. Tristan helped with that, too. It would have neen nice to be able to drop room keys downstairs by the back entrance, given the snow and need to park back there. I ended up bringing them home--sorry!

Exceptional

Pool was fun, so was...

Liked: Breakfast was great and frequently refilled. The layout was a bit confusing and waiting for the elevators took a while. The pool was fun and also had a sauna and steam room. Great location for fishing being right on the river. Beds and rooms were clean.
Disliked: Layout was confusing.

Nice place to stay

Liked: The rooms were nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was really good.
Disliked: Very far to walk from main lobby to our room. You can only enter from the main entrance

Liked: The breakfast was very good with lots of variety. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked.
