Liked: The breakfast was great. A good amount and wide variety to choose from. Also, close to the plaza and the theater and beach. Easy access.
Disliked: The loud noise of people walking around on the second level of us.

Liked: Shawna the night desk lady was such a kind supportive person for our family that was there to be close to a family member having a medical emergency and was at Dominican hospital. She greeted us , helped us with things at all hours of the evening with kindness and a kind word. All the staff were very nice and very accommodating.
Disliked: No complaints

Great value and good hotel.

Liked: The room was a great value. The breakfast was more than expected. The staff was very friendly and sweet. I loved the text messages we received prior to arriving.
Disliked: We enjoyed everything about this.

Practical in Capitola

Liked: Large room with sofa. Breakfast covered most bases.
Disliked: Tv operation sucked as did channel selection. There were many choices but hardly anything current.
