Worst front desk staff ever!

Liked: Location, pool, breakfast.
Disliked: Front desk staff was sitting in back talking and eating, took their time coming out. Then, she was on her phone mumbling something...I asked her if there was a problem? She told me because my drivers license has my old address they were going to deny my stay do to it being possibly less than 20 miles from the hotel. DMV in Idaho does not give new ID when you move or give a new address sticker! I had driven several hours to be there for a specialist Dr. appt early the next morning . The treatment at the front desk was horrible.

Liked: All areas were very clean and smelled very good the second you walked in the front doors. Beds were comfy
Disliked: The shampoo and conditioner bottles were very small not enough to wash both myself and my child's hair

Liked: The girl that checked us in was very nice. I didn’t get her name unfortunately. There were two other women that were ignoring us and not very friendly.
