Great pet-friendly hotel in the...
Liked: Property was clean and modern. Pet rooms were conveniently located near the grassy area. There was a bar and Perkins onsite and near the community ice center.
Disliked: Nothing! Loved our stay and I’m not overly picky.

Liked: Room was clean but there was noise from the highway. Breakfast was just okay. Not too many vegetarian options. Low quality of food and limited choices. All we needed for one night at Butte.

Super experience. Reasonably priced.
Liked: Breakfast was nice. The gals working this area were really sweet. Good variety of foods. Coffee was perfect!
Disliked: Hot eggs, rubbery. Oh well.

Disliked: Room 149 was dirty and smelly.There was a note: Hope you have a wonderful stay. It was signed by Misty and Tiela.The front desk traded my key for one to 255. My wife and I wanted to go look at 255 together, but our luggage was in 149, and we had no way to secure it. I reported this to the front desk, but they had no solution, so we went to look at 255 independently. We decided that it was cleaner, so we moved our luggage there, which wasn't easy, since we are elderly, it was on another floor, it was a long trip to and from the elevator, and we also had to move the oxygen machine that was provided to us by Lincare.To top it all off, another guest showed up with a key to 255! What hotel gives out keys to a room to 2 different guests? That could be dangerous!My wife was stressed out. She accused the clerks of jerking us around, and they replied, somewhat belligerently, that they were only trying to help, and that the 2nd key was given out because they hadn't heard from us, and figured we had decided to stay in 149.I had forgotten to call them and tell them of our decision. They HAD been trying to help, but they never offered any physical assistance. As my wife continued to accuse them of leaving us dangling in the wind, as it were, they became more strident. Whether my wife was right or wrong, public service employees should NEVER argue with customers. On top of that, a woman who identified herself as the mother of one of the clerks pitched in with profanities (e.g., the F word), and defended her daughter. If I was in a meeting at work and my mother jumped into the conversation, I would have been fired on the spot!We were told to go back to our room, and they would call us when their manager arrived. That never happened.BTW, here is a quote from what appears to be your mission statement, which I found in my room: "It is our goal that every guest leaves a happy guest...". That also didn't happen.

Liked: So, I have stayed here before in the past a few times for my sons bike race over by Tech College, it was great in the past cause it was so close, but this time the room was absolutely amazing! They must have renovated the rooms recently! The stay was absolutely wonderful this time again!!
