I enjoyed my stay at...

Liked: Breakfast was good.Service was good.Very welcoming and professional staff in the breakfast area and at the hotel reception
Disliked: The room was pleasant and clean but there was a lingering smell of cigarettes in the air. Most likely previous customer(s) smoked in the room. Unfortunate. I recommend that measures are put in place to eliminate the unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke.

Hotel was fine for an...

Liked: Best Western Brand is familiar in what it offers. Highly suggest removing the carpet from the guest rooms - old and sketchy. Otherwise the room was comfortable - pretty soundproof - bed and bedding very nice. Breakfast was very good - lots of selection - no complaints.
Disliked: Carpet on the floors in guest rooms.
