Nice place to stay

Liked: Bed was comfortable.Place was maintained well.Outside area around pool was very nice.
Disliked: Did not like breakfast much - would have liked more fresh fruit, scrambled eggs were not cooked enough and were tasteless.Also, was there for 4 days and menu did not change.Bathtub did not drain unless I held the drain handle.I made reservation using booking.com and it showed on my screen that our room had a king bed and a sofa bed (I have screen prints that show this), but when we checked in, we were told our king room did not include a sofa bed and that it was booking.com’s fault and we called them and they said it was the hotel’s responsibility to have the correct description and I needed to call them. That was very frustrating- I feel I got less than what I thought I was paying for.

Will definitely be back when...

Liked: Staff was very friendly. Rooms were super nice and clean. I loved the room I had facing the garden area. I will definitely be back.
Disliked: There’s nothing I can say bad about this property.

Perfect!

Liked: We stay at this Best Western at least once a year. The rooms are large with two beds, a desk with work chair, two arm chairs with table, along with the usual hotel amenities. It's quiet. the beds are comfortable and the staff is super friendly and helpful. Breakfast is delicious with a good choice of items.
Disliked: Not a thing.

Liked: The location was very convenient and easy to find what i needed. Front desk staff at check in kind and friendly after a long day Albana was gracious and patient thank you. Great night staff.
Disliked: Walking the staircase with a heavy bag. More lighting in the parkinglots in the back and far side would be better i thought.
