Great facilities, our suite was...

Liked: We were upgraded to an amazing room, with additional facilities we weren’t expecting such as hob, microwave and a large fridge etc, separate dining/sofa area.Breakfast was good, better second day as it was cooked to order so everything freshly cooked and hot.We ate dinner one of the evenings we stayed which was very nice not an huge selection but what we did have was nice and great choice of cocktails.

Liked: The concept of hospitality truly understood, equal welcome to people and pets, elegant hotel, very comfortable and well sound proof room. Most beautiful area by the sea with long elegant esplanade.

Liked: The hotel room was very clean when we arrived and the hotel staff were always friendly. The room was also cleaned very thoroughly every day.
Disliked: The beds are a little uncomfortable and consist of a metal frame and a mattress.

Disliked: Small room, bed very softDidn’t like being told we only had 40 minutes to eat our breakfast when we walked into the restaurant! Any eggs other than scrambled must be ordered so do that before you get anything else!

Disliked: £20 per night cleaning bill for my dog. Excessive.

Disliked: How warm the bedroom was with no ability to turn off the radiators. The noise from other residents above throughout the night
