Liked: Beautiful building and lovely reception staff. Lovely location on the Leas.
Disliked: Next time I will book a king size bed for more space. Lovely room with a sea view though so happy on the whole.

Beautiful hotel in good location

Liked: Great location on the Leas, albeit not full sea view from the rooms. Lovely walk to the town centre and harbour area . About 15 minutes to the station .We had a large junior suite room with a four poster bed . Wonderful and well equipped room.Staff very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Liked it all.

Short stay but enjoyable

Liked: location was very good I can't comment on the breakfast because we had to leave early at 5am, but the food we saw being served at night looked fantastic and must say all the staff we came into contact with were very nice and helpful I will be staying with you again soon I hope
Disliked: Packing was an issue but the staff helped with that but not really anything that would put me off staying again with you

Disappointing, felt unwelcomed.

Liked: good size rooms
Disliked: limited parking and most streets are then resident only, drove around for 10 minutes then parked on yellows.set alarm for 7am to drive streets again!called and called about a late check-in, several attempts with no answer.check in was unhelpful - could not find our breakfast booing and tried to charge twice.Insisted on take a pre-auth, despite the booking being paid and breakfast being paid and checking in at 11 at night when i had a 4 and 6 year old fast asleep wanting to get into their rooms. Money still not returned.On arrival greeted with several people smoking in the entrance and lobby, not a nice place to walk into.Insisted despite late arrival and young children that we had to take early breakfast, when we arrived they were not setup for us, and very much felt like we were an inconvenience.

Liked: A fabulous hotel, and I stayed in a fabulous room….the king junior suite. It was exceptional…very comfortable quiet, and v stylish . Staff were brilliant….will definitely stay here again
