Disappointing

Liked: I like the breakfast and the staff at breakfast was very nice
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that they charged me for a pet cleaning fee and I have support animals as well as service animals that was me and my family and my sister and her family and her dogs are support animals mine or service animals I showed them certification and yet they still charged me for pet cleaning fee and they then employed that work there all have numerous of cats who run up and down the back throughout the motel live in the rooms the hallway smells like urine from cat piss and they're charging people for pet cleaning fees and they all have their own pets
