Liked: I liked that breakfast was provided. I liked that they moved me to a room with a working TV after they asked me if I could just watch my tablet. They didn’t help me move, but they let me have a different room.
Disliked: I didn’t like that. I was asked to straighten up the room for the next guest that I had unpacked my belongings in and sat on the bed. I didn’t like that they didn’t have manners and nobody smiled except for the cleaning staff they smiled.
