Disliked: A very large "stain" on my bottom sheet. I don't even want to think about what problem a lady had. Toilet seat very loose. I have never complained about a room before but this was bad. I would have complained but knew they would just want to move us and I was settled in and just tired. I know in my heart those sheets were not clean. Told my husband after all these times of stopping at this Best Western Plus in Bowling Green, never again. But he ask me to give it another try. I said maybe.

Good but with drawbacks

Liked: This location was clean and accessible. Staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good , hot and fresh
Disliked: The beds are too tall. I am 4'11"and I had great difficulty getting into the bed. The toilet are too short! It felt like a toilet for toddlers. It was very difficult to get up from.
