Disappointing

Liked: I liked the breakfast, except the yogurt and pancake machines were out of order.The location was close to our conference
Disliked: The pool was closed, so there were no real amenities to stay there.Pillows were way too9 soft. The elevator had coffee or soda on the floor our entire stay.

Our TV was not working....

Liked: My grandson said the breakfast was good, he liked it. I did not have the breakfast.
Disliked: The bed was a little too firm for me but I was still able to have a good night's sleep.

Disliked: There was no maintenance guy on site. Not very helpful staff

Liked: Had a good amount of food to pick for breakfast
Disliked: It was very dirty, looks like they don’t even clean the rooms after stays

Liked: It was very close to our families and shopping
Disliked: It’s was a little dingy at times. I felt our room was not the cleanest.

Liked: Staff was nice.
Disliked: Room had a huge window, the blinds did not keep the parking lot or street lights from shining their lights right thru our room all night. And the pool was out of order.

Liked: It was a good breakfast. My sister works in food service and I own a retail business, we were quite impressed with LaTonia who was running the kitchen. She keeps everything immaculate.
Disliked: The only thing we found was a used coffee pod in the coffee maker. We considered that as minor.
