Don’t stay there!

Liked: 1. The pool was advertised but we learned that it was closed due to renovation when we arrived. Receptionist referred us to website. 2. My room was not cleaned for 3 days. I had to pick up my fresh towels from the registration at 11pm. 3. They painted in my floor in front of my room during the stay. That smell was bad. Again the Receptionist referred me to the website. That is rude! I do not recommend this place. Will definitely not stay there again!

Liked: We wanted the pool but it was under construction and they didn’t mention that before hand.

Disappointing

Liked: I liked the number of restaurants/ eateries and the food was good. Staff was mostly friendly and helpful. Room was clean.
Disliked: I was not told the pool would be closed. I intentionally chose your location to be close to family and for the indoor pool. Due to a physical disability,I put a note in my reservation and I asked upon arrival for a room close to the elevator if I was not in the 1st floor. My room was located no where near the elevator or the 1st floor. Niether one of these things ruined my stay but it was disappointing.
