Worst place to stay!

Liked: Nothen it was horrible!! I wouldn't let my dog stay there!
Disliked: Rooms are smaller than any room I've ever stayed in. No place to eat after 11 pm. Unless u door dash, which takes 3 hours to get ur food! Security don't follow state and federal laws. I'm a CCW holder and they wouldn't let me carry. Mind you Nevada is and open carry state plus I had my CCW permit. They wanted me to give them my gun so security could put it away or put it unattended in my vehicle. That's a big NO NO. I have filed a complaint against them I've also contacted the mayor of this this state and will continue with the Reps of this state!! They have violated my constitutional rights and my 2nd amendment rights. I am currently contacting ATTORNEYS!

Liked: I like how even though it's in a casino, the non-smoking rooms do not smell like cigarettes.
Disliked: Very little parking On South Tower.

Liked: The diner was excellent.
Disliked: There were flyers in the rooms for room service, but room service was not available.

Very good

Liked: Very large, but off to itself. Plenty of parking, clean rooms and very friendly staff.
Disliked: Well our suite was extremly nice and cleaned very well, which is is the only reason this stood out to me so mich. The interior room doors were white. So around the door handles looked extremly dirty. Again it only stood out because the room was cleaned so well that part looked like they skipped it.

Expected better for a casino...

Very disappointing this time

Liked: We stay here every time we come to Reno
Disliked: I don’t know if you changed the pillows, bedding, etc but the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and we tossed and turned all night. It was very cold and there was no comforter. Also the refrigerator didn’t get cold, wasn’t working so we had to throw our food away we thought we would be able to refrigerator. Worst stay we have ever had.
