Liked: There was a fight in the breakfast area between 2 employees during breakfast with foul language that needed to be broken up 2 times. Also water flow in the shower was low and the stool seat was about to fall off. It was clean and comfortable and the front desk employee was pleasant.

The hotel appeared clean, nice...

Liked: I loved the free breakfast. The options were a pleasant surprise. The staff was amazingly helpful in answering questions, concerning food, room stay, and places to visit in the area. However, there was one employee that went above and beyond in accommodating us on the many problems while at the hotel. The night clerk's name was Elizabeth. Unfortunately, I didn't get her last name, but Elizabeth did EVERYTHING in her power to help us navigate every problem we experience while at the hotel, including dealing with a VERY RUDE customer service rep at booking.com.
Disliked: No room available after booking weeks in advance, dirty room, and finally...ROACHES in the room!

The stay was pleasant but...

Liked: It was cleaned and staffed were very nice
Disliked: I found some earplugs in the bed and reported it morning shift and gave them to her.
