Liked: I liked the generous bathroom counter, the beds, the ice machine and the WiFi.
Disliked: Please please please install regular drapes in the room!!! The sheer panels in the middle mean that I see industrial lights all night long. Terrible.The forced air on one side of a long room means that the other side (bathroom) gets very little heat. But if I turned it up, it was too hot in the bed. Please let us use thermostat.Please swap up all those horrible CFLs for the much better LED lightbulbs that actually produce light.

Superb

Liked: The room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. There was a shallow kids' pool, which was perfect for us.There were a lot of options for breakfast, including dairy free milk, which was appreciated.
Disliked: My only complaint is that one of my room keys didn't work.

Had an ice cold Jacuzzi!

Liked: We have stayed there before for state competition. They’re very pleasant most of the time and very willing to please not quite so this time.
Disliked: The Jacuzzi was not working. It was colder than my body temperature told two different people about it. Nothing was done and all I got was a sorry.

Terrifying, disrespectful, harassed and very...

Liked: The cleanliness, great rooms, pricing
Disliked: The disrespectful general manager having family with children followed, harassed and Stalked by what he claim was an African American guy he hired to walk the halls creeping people out with their children. He walked in the arcade, and pool as well. Only to address it with the hotelGeneral manager who was very rude and disrespectful Forogh Amini is a horrible manger and I don’t condone people loosing jobs but he would have definitely been fired for allowing you to be uncomfortable and kids afraid to sleep and parents afraid to even come out of the room. I would never and I mean ever book a room at this best western ever again in this life or the next night.
