Disliked: Keep doing what you’re doing but I don’t like how the prices vary person to person! My daughter and I are both reward members and I paid $40 more for the same room, same weekend night!! I still don’t understand that

Liked: I liked the generous bathroom counter, the beds, the ice machine and the WiFi.
Disliked: Please please please install regular drapes in the room!!! The sheer panels in the middle mean that I see industrial lights all night long. Terrible.The forced air on one side of a long room means that the other side (bathroom) gets very little heat. But if I turned it up, it was too hot in the bed. Please let us use thermostat.Please swap up all those horrible CFLs for the much better LED lightbulbs that actually produce light.

Liked: The room was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. There was a shallow kids' pool, which was perfect for us.There were a lot of options for breakfast, including dairy free milk, which was appreciated.
Disliked: My only complaint is that one of my room keys didn't work.

Had an ice cold Jacuzzi!

Liked: We have stayed there before for state competition. They’re very pleasant most of the time and very willing to please not quite so this time.
Disliked: The Jacuzzi was not working. It was colder than my body temperature told two different people about it. Nothing was done and all I got was a sorry.
