Staff was excellent. Hotel overall was clean, but did not like the fact that I found hair in my bed that did not belong to me. Hotel was very noisy due to a soccer tournament, and I wished they were able to put me away from elevator and noise.

Liked: Excellent staff.
Disliked: Noisy.

Liked: I reserved a room with 2 queen beds and a room w king bed and pull out coach. When I arri told they didn't have the room that I reserved. The place smelled terrible. Dirty sheets and the pull out bed mattress have public hairs on it. The shower was warm wouldn't get hot The staff didn't care to accommodate the reservation in place.. said oh well I don't have what you reserved ... because if II were to to cancel you would keep my. Money ...scam

Liked: Nice, safe area. Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Staff was not at the desk both times we stopped by and had to ring the bell for service. I personally didn't like the perfumed smell in the room (? Cleaning products). The breakfast did not have many healthy options
