Liked: it was amazing, after 17 hours of driving we were happy to see bed :D

Excellent hotel but unfortunately no...

Liked: The hotel was very good, friendly helpful staff, excellent room and food
Disliked: This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel , I booked it due to the leisure pool etc. however again when I arrived it was not available, very disappointing, which is unfortunate

Liked: I had an upgrade to an executive king room, the room size was amazing with the seating area. Loved that there was a fridge.
Disliked: The road noise. The bed - the right hand side was like a different bed to the left side, almost like there had been a mattress topper only out on one side, think a new mattress is needed (room 363). Water pressure in the shower wasn't good

Comfortable but dated...

Liked: Stayed in an exec room - very big, comfortable bed, but overall the hotel is very dated. Not a massive issue but it feels very 1970... The pool was out of action and from what I understand is not uncommon... Only had breakfast, not evening food, and it was buffet style - was ok

Passable

Liked: The room was clean and spacious. The full English breakfast was nice.
Disliked: I thought the price of the hotel didn’t quite match the facilities and service. The location is at a rather uninspiring stop between fast food chains. Nowhere near the center of the charming town of Lincoln. The hotel looked very dated to me. The food was forgettable. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Liked: The room curtains want attention the hooks caused the curtains to hang untidily ,the bathroom sealant wants attention. toappear clean. All other things were OK.

Liked: Breakfast buffet was excellent all trays refilled as soon as they where empty
Disliked: sadly the pool was not open
