Liked: Great hot breakfast clean an friendly staff

Liked: Easy to find. Breakfast was decent. Pool area was large. Room was clean and good sized.
Disliked: Gym was closed which was one of 3 reasons I picked the hotel. Only a shower in the bathroom and I would've liked a bathtub for my daughter. Ice machine was on the opposite end of where my room was. Missing items from breakfast didn't get stocked in a timely manner.

Liked: Pool was special attraction for Kids. The breakfast was good.

Overall it was a pleasant...

Liked: It was a pleasant stay although it was very frustrating to get a call about eating to much food in the morning as I am a military man and eat quite a bit.
Disliked: The morning cooking staff most definitely could have been way nicer. It seems to be a little bit of profiling when I was told that I was eating to much.

Liked: Nice location, comfy bed and pillows
Disliked: Under the bed was extremely dirty. The heated pool was not all that warm and the pool room itself was not warm. There were only sheer curtains so there is no privacy and the room is BRIGHT at night with the very bright (not just street lights) out front. There was no water offered at all during breakfast. Their drink machine was not working and they had milk and not cold juice in a mini fridge. Water would have been preferred. The pillows were comfy, but had lots of loose strings over 5 inches coming off the fabric.
