Great Location

Liked: Hotel has “Grab and Go” breakfasts which can be warmed up in room microwaves. There is a coffee machine on the first floor. There is a Starbucks directly across the street. Desk staff was friendly.
Disliked: There are two elevators but one was broken for the first two days of our stay which is unacceptable. Also, the front door was locked in the evening when we arrived so we had to walk around through a parking garage to get inside and rouse an employee for check in.

It was a great experience...

Liked: Location, Comfort of the room, friendliness of employees. It is in a perfect location to stay after seeing a concert at the Music Box which is right next door.
Disliked: The Frozen breakfast to pick up, but it was still better than nothing.

Great location, especially before a...

Liked: Great location. Close to Little Italy, cruise port and waterfront, including hop on hop off trolley depot. Easy walk downhill to cruise port with our luggage.
Disliked: Arrived a bit early but hotel policy is to charge a fee if arriving before regular check-in time. Seems to be a more common occurrence but still a bit frustrating if rooms are ready and sitting empty. (ps front desk staff did give us a bit of leeway). We opted to check our luggage and go to lunch instead of paying fee.

Liked: There was a nice selection of food and we were in walking distance to Disneyland.
Disliked: It was just a little noisy because our room was right next to the breakfast area.

Liked: Stayed overnight to catch cruise ship - location was perfect - plenty of restaurants within walking distance

Liked: Excellent location on the edge of Little Italy. Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff
Disliked: Quite a lot of external noise from both the street outside and the building works on a neighbouring property which can currently be anytime from 7am until 9pm
