Observation and recommendations for the...

Liked: The location is very good. The food of the restaurant of the hotel is superb. The staff at the front desk was also very helpful. There are lots of car parking spaces.
Disliked: The cleaningness of the room is not good. The shower curtain was very smelly. Don't know when it was last cleaned. We found candy on the floor. So it was not properly vacuumed.

Disliked: Two of the three nights I was there children ran and screamed in the hallways. Best western had sign up that parents needed to make sure their children behaved. I had to speak to the children around 9 PM asking them to go to their rooms and keep quiet. No parents were in sight. I told the night manager what was happening and suggested he talk with the parents. He did nothing. Around 10 pm the noise returned, I opened my door and the kid ran to their rooms. The children were at the hotel because of a hockey match. The employees told me this has happened before where the kids ran the halls and their parents were in the bar getting drunk. The guests deserve a refund on the room cost

Liked: The room was clean. The beds were two doubles which was so stupid as there was room for a bigger bed. The two beds made the room very cramped. The motel did not have tea bags. The only option was to use a pod. Hopeless.
