A bit of a disappointment...

Liked: Couldn't charge my phone properly. My straightening iron wouldn't stay plugged in to the wall by the bathroom vanity/ sink area. The charging station was not working next to the bed.The room reeked of old carpet. The remote had NETFLIX, but it didn't work. Elevators need to be updated. I just didn't think it was worth the money I paid to stay 1 night.The bed was comfortable.Easy check in.

Liked: I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the hotel. We stayed for a basketball tournament and were very comfortable for the weekend. Its not super spacious or luxurious but definitely clean and just what we needed.

Liked: I can confirm the positive reviews about this hotel. The Best Western Plus was a fantastic place to stay. Upon entering, we noticed the lobby was quiet and nicely decorated. The hallways were clean and also quiet. Our king room was spacious, with a comfortable and clean bed that ensured we slept well after a long day of traveling.The room was equipped with everything we needed: a Holy Bible, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, iron, ironing board, four large towels, three small towels, three hand towels, make-up remover wipes, a shower cap, citrus lotion, and ample closet space. The shower featured Phamacopia natural and organic body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Please note, if you turn off the main light switch, your devices won't charge overnight—I learned that the hard way. (Whoops!)Breakfast was excellent! They offered yogurt, juice, milk, coffee, cereal, fresh fruits, hot eggs, hash browns, potatoes, sausage, biscuits, bread, muffins, salsa, cheese, various condiments, and the option to make a hot waffle. The hotel's location, close to the highway, was one of the reasons I selected it. There was plenty of parking, and I was able to park right outside my room.Next door, there was a Denny’s, which was convenient for a light dinner. Within walking distance, there were also a gas station, Arby’s, Wendy’s, KFC, and several other dining options. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

Liked: The location was fine, close to everything The atrium looked fancy The LOBBY coffee maker was good.
Disliked: The breakfast was trash, nothing advertised was available, there was TWO large roaches and no bagels. The place had a strong perfume odor throughout the room, the balcony door was opened when we entered and was not safe. The bedding appeared clean thank god. It’s dated, smells, I paid $200 to absolutely hate my visit there.
