Liked: The location was fine, close to everything The atrium looked fancy The LOBBY coffee maker was good.
Disliked: The breakfast was trash, nothing advertised was available, there was TWO large roaches and no bagels. The place had a strong perfume odor throughout the room, the balcony door was opened when we entered and was not safe. The bedding appeared clean thank god. It’s dated, smells, I paid $200 to absolutely hate my visit there.

Hidden gem that gave so...

Liked: This hotel is a hidden gem! When you think of the Best Western, you think of a mid hotel that you're just going to stay at, get up, and go. This was so much more. The employees were enthusiastic, polite, and wonderful to talk to. The Atrium gave it a vibe of a more upscale hotel. The beds were plush.
Disliked: The room I stayed in didn't have good water pressure and the shower head didn't move very well, but that's okay.

Liked: The staff very polite. The room was clean but was put off when I opened the door and saw a huge dead roach inside, other than that is was good. Loved the pool and hot tub.
