Horrific experience

Disliked: The hotel put us in the basement. We reached the hotel late as our train was delayed. Initially had a tough time to get inside the hotel as everything was locked. Managed to call the staff and get the keycard from a safe kept outside the hotel. Our rooms were very cold all night even with the heaters on. The room heated up only the next morning when it was time to leave. Our rooms were next to the public toilets in the hotel, so some people who were drunk from the hotel bar, tried to barge in forcefully late at night with a lot of noise. So much so, that our 4 year old got scared and started crying. Bad judgment on the hotels part to put a family with kids on the basement floor where the public restrooms are located. We spent only the night at the hotel. But, the experience was very frightening. Worst part of it, no hotel staff present to even complain.
