Heather and Tonya were great

Liked: The property and location itself is actually a really good place to go especially for festivals!
Disliked: Only one charging cord worked. Non electric cars were being parked in that spot so we didn’t get a chance to charge our car for 2 days (nobody was even using the charging cord.) kind of annoying when you need a charge coming home from 3am. Maybe recommend putting in 2 more charging ports and making them electric only cars to be parked there? Tonya, heather were super nice and great, they were very lovely and excellent, they were amazing and helped us out with everything and took really good care of us, always had a smile on their face! I’d come back for them for sure! On the other hand, Ana or Annalise was quite terrible. When we got back to the hotel, I walked in the front entrance and went right up to her to ask if we could have an extended checkout date, she replied with an attitude and sass (We’re not giving out late checkouts) no smile, no friendly gesture, and a RBF. We later came down because we needed to borrow scissors to cut something and she responded with (We don’t have scissors) with an attitude and a sass again FOR THE SECOND TIME when we used the scissors the day before when Tonya gladly gave them to me so for her to lie about something so small, for what? When we were so nice. During that whole interaction she was on FaceTime with her family/daughter making mother goo goo ga ga talk while on the clock AT THE FRONT DESK. Is highly unprofessional coming from someone who is in high management and if I had that as an employee they wouldn’t be at the same place. To not only be treated like crap but to also not be treated like a human being with much disrespect and attitude is beyond crazy. Figure it out Ana.

Good overall

Liked: The lovely woman, Tanya, at the reception desk, was just great. She was very professional, helpful, and kind.
Disliked: The hotel looks a little dated and I was nervous that my car might be broken into. Better security would be good.
