Liked: comfy room although coffee tea facillities very dated long life milk and a kettletime to get with it B W
Disliked: staff and lack ofdisgusted you even charge guests for parking from last year and to find you raised it in Jan is shocking breakfast had been sat out under poor heat lamps far too long undercooked bacon, poor sausages, rubber eggs and someone tell the chef they need to stir the beans from time to time oh and next week we host 42 of our colleagues all staying over the week, I advised not to use The Angel so the premier Inn got that contract, you see how you loose Best western? Im sure that wont bother you though eh.

The Angel was good for...

Liked: Parking was easy and plentiful. The room was a very good size, I had ticked for double beds but both rooms had single beds which was surprising, it didn't bother us a lot but if we were younger it probably would have! Both rooms were on the ground floor as per our request which was great. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The area was quiet at night. Staff were helpful.
Disliked: My only real complaint is that the room was too hot overnight and there is no means to control the temperature in the room

Liked: Breakfast was lovely, room was roomy and comfortable. The pool facilities and gym was good.
Disliked: Bathroom needed a little bit more of a clean. The bath taps were black underneath, just think it's been missed . Bottles of water in the room are a nice touch.

Disliked: The bathrooms needed a proper clean and had a bad odour
