Hot tub does not work

Disliked: Jacuzzi shut down for maintenance but they’re in no rush to open it.

Liked: The front desk people were very friendly and she upgraded our room, at no additional charge.
Disliked: We like everything. I am going to make another reservation now.

Superb

Liked: This is a really nice place to stay if you're going to Disney. The hotel was okay, breakfast was included and it was also okay. Parking is free, which gives them 100 points. The staff was very friendly, and the girls in the kitchen were great too. The only downside was that someone near our room was fighting around 1 am, and of course, we heard everything. But I called reception, and they were there in one minute. Awesome hotel!
