Great value for the location

Liked: The location was perfect. The room was clean, warm and comfortable. The X10 bus zooms up and down Ku'damm to and from Zoologischergarten every 10 mins or so, and from there you can hop the S-Bahn or U-Bahn to Mitte, or transfer to the 100 Bus
Disliked: The 2 lifts were very small. For the one on the left (going up) to work, it often required clawing at the door window for the door to shut properly. It wouldn't operate otherwise. Would have liked proper soap in the bathroom. The toiletries were poor for what is billed as a 4 star hotel. Didn't try the breakfast. It seemed overpriced, and there's plenty of cafes in the area if all you want is a coffee and a croissant

Disliked: the room was very cold and thermostate didn't work.

Needs modernizing

Liked: Very central, efficient and polite staff and cleaners, not expensive
Disliked: The place was freezing - we had a small quilt each that barely did the job and the noise of the heater duct was unbearable so it was a choice between feeling warm and not being to sleep or having a quiet room that was really unbearably cold.

Disliked: Bed sheet was not change from last user had hair on the sheet

Liked: It was quite good located and clean.
Disliked: The rooms were hot and the aircon didn’t cool them down. Slept poorly bc it was too hot. With the window open it was easier. Didn’t get the breakfast boxes with us although the worker in the kitchen was already there with warm bread.
